IN LALINAC AND NOVO SELO INVESTEMNTS PROJECT IS REALIZING SUCCESSFULLY

Management of Palilula Municipality in cooperation with Citizens Councils organized meetings with residents of villages Lalinac and Novo Selo about current  and upcoming program of regulation President of CM Palilula, Prof. Dr Igor Novakovic, president of Assembly Milan Djurdjevic and Milos Stojkovic, member of council visited village Lalinac and in talks with members of Citizens Council announced beginning of works on reconstruction of Cultural Centre and building of approach road to the bridge which will connect coast of South Morava. Locals of Lalilnac expect that, after many years, to the their fields on other coast of Morava finally pass across new bridge.

“Bridge it is finished long ago, but its still useless, because approach road is inadequate and this construction begins literally in the air, few meters above the coast. Thanks to the Palilula Municipality and competent city services, says Dragoslav Milosavljevic, member of Citizens Council in Lalinac, it was sold long-term problem of disputed documents and construction could begin. It is expect that within 45 days, combine access road, in the length of 1100 meters and that this works finally will be completed. On the base of information of Public Enterprise “Directorate for City Land Development” in Nis, access road will build  company “MD Git”. Value of this works in gross is about 20 million RSD.  This year Lalinac got it five paved streets, for regulation of street lighting its separated 40 thousand  RSD, it begun and reconstruction of Cultural Centre and how we learned from member of Municipality Council Milos Stojkovic, contractor shell govern and façade on the building of Cultural Center. Meeting with the management of CM Palilula locals of Lalinac  used to run new investment in 2011 – completion of sewerage system in the village. “ With this we will provide in our village bigger quality of life and in the same time to be closer to the city and to ours Palilula Municipality said member of Citizens Council Dragoslav Milosavljevic”.

The same day management of Palilula Municipality visited and settlement Novo Selo related initiatives on the relocation of the market from the center of the settlement and space of transportation turntable. It was gathered representatives of interested parties; representatives of Public Utility Enterprise “ Trznica” Nis,, Agronomy cooperative “Morava Impex” that owns part of business space and the land, representatives of Citizens Council. In talks participated and Srdjan Vackovic, member of Council of City of Nis. By the words of the president Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic, Palilula Municipality wants and this city settlement  to urbanized in the standards which provide safe and quality life of residents. We are committed in the intent to prevent outside market place sale and to provide modern supply of citizens in the appropriate space – said president Novakovic. There is possibilities for something like that concluded participants of the meeting. Agronomy cooperative “Morava Impex” – Novo Selo by the words of the director Zivorad Stojkovic has big problems in work, have many litigation with partners and the only source of financing of employees in Agronomy, who have “minimum” is renting space for the market. “ We support initiative of management of CM Palilula and we are interested that in cooperation with Public Utility Enterprise “Trznica” Nis find possibilities of cooperation and to improve our business – said director of Agronomy cooperative Stojkovic. One of the model of  implementation of this initiative which is considered in City and Palilula Municipality, on the opinion of the president of Municipality Novakovic and city councilor Vackovic, could be “partnership of public and private sector” apropos agreement of interested parties between Public Utility Enterprise “Trznica”, Agronomy cooperative, Citizens Councils-Local community, said participants of  this gathering in Novo Selo.
